The scheme, designed by specialist London architects Assael, has been acquired from Clearview Homes as a land and build project by Home Group Housing Association to provide affordable housing. The four storey 29 apartment scheme will provide a mix of Affordable Rented, Shared Ownership and 5 Private Open Market homes.
