Clearview Homes release new Hillingdon development from plan

February 2018: Clearview Homes has just launched its latest development, Oak Point on Sutton Court Road in Hillingdon, ahead of schedule, due to the demand at its development The Paddocks in Hayes.

Oak Point will consist of just 26, one and two-bedroom spacious apartments, in a stylish contemporary building with all properties having either a private terrace or balcony. Set in a residential area, the development also benefits from established local services and amenities and good commuter links, with Hillingdon station just over a mile away with connections to Metropolitan and Piccadilly underground lines.

Shelley West, Sales and Marketing Director for Clearview Homes comments, “We have already had a great deal of interest from people in the area looking for a high quality home which is easy to maintain, so we decided to release the homes at Oak Point ahead of time. We are delighted that we have already reserved three off-plan.

“The apartments at Oak Point have been designed with high quality specification and are ideal for young professionals and downsizers looking for a low maintenance home.  They are also eligible for the Government’s Help to Buy London scheme which proved extremely popular at The Paddocks. The apartments will be ready to move in this October.”

Each apartment features a professionally designed kitchen and integrated appliances, including a Neff oven and gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bathroom and en-suites feature contemporary white sanitary ware. Each ground floor apartment has a private garden while the first and second floor apartments have a private balcony or terrace. There is also lift access to all floors, video entry system to the building and each apartment has allocated parking.

Help to Buy London enables you to buy a new home with just a 5% deposit, whether you are a first-time buyer or moving from your existing home. The Government will also lend up to 40% of the value of the new home via an equity loan. The Help to Buy equity loan can be repaid at any time or on the future sale of the home. The scheme is eligible on all properties up to £600,000 and is exclusively available on new build properties.

Hillingdon is the second largest borough in London and has more than 200 green spaces covering approximately 1,800 acres with the 27,500 hectare Colne Valley Regional Park with its reservoirs and Minet Country Park, one of the borough’s several Green Flag parks close by. Sutton Court Road has a parade of useful shops including a newsagent and pharmacy. There is a library within walking distance, four GP practices within about a mile, and Hillingdon Hospital (with A&E) is just over a mile away. There are also schools for all ages within walking distance.

Communication links are good with buses to the station and the tube journey to Baker Street only taking about 36 minutes. London Heathrow airport is approximately six miles away and there is easy access to M40, M4 and M25.

Prices at Oak Point start from £300,000 for a one bedroom apartment and from £405,000 for a two bedroom apartment. For further information please contact Shelley West, Sales & Marketing Director on 01923 840048/07875 321646 or swest@clearviewhomes.co.uk
